Job Description

_dTA is looking for a conceptual conjuror, verbal victor, a syllabic slayer of eloquent execution. One who consistently produces brilliant, yet unexpected brand ideas and campaigns that live across digital platforms and IRL. Our copywriters work closely with the ACD, CD, and our clients to concept and execute on-strategy solutions that excite and engage as much as they inspire and amaze. In this role, you are directly responsible for the success of our clients, and our agency. Character is key, and we’re looking for good people as much as creative talent. 

It is critical that this role build trust with our clients and internal team. That trust leads to growth in both internal and external agency relationships and agency business. Developing and honoring that trust leads to career growth and opportunity.

Along with insatiable curiosity, you posses an awe-inspiring portfolio demonstrating conceptual solutions and problem solving skills. Strong headlines, eye-catching copy solutions, and command of the English language are a must. You also possess a passion for and strong opinions on cultural trends. You have knowledge of the production processes that help turn ideas into business results.

  • Present an envy-inspiring portfolio of creative work
  • Education in conceptual problem solving or concentration in advertising program preferred
  • Have 2-10 years of experience in agency / in-house creative role
  • Impeccable command of the English language, its rules and usage
  • Demonstrate writing for a variety of media including, but not limited to, print, interactive, websites, experiential, film / video, OOH and more
  • Possess a keen understanding of current social media platforms and how to use them
  • Understand how to write for current SEO and keyword strategies 
  • Have excelled as part of a creative team
  • Have a passion for advertising and brand communications
  • Understanding of illustration techniques
  • Understanding of photography principles
  • Experience in gaming, tourism, healthcare fields a plus

  • Identify and inform the voice for multiple clients across radically different industries

  • Work with ACD and CD to manage partners and vendors in all aspects of execution

$55,000 - $95,000 / year commensurate with experience
